Where can I find the current BDCA senior playing conditions and Season Guide?

The approved 2026/27 BDCA Playing Conditions and General Rules are available on the Playing Conditions & Policies page. The 2026/27 Season Guide is still being finalised and will be published there once approved. Clubs will be notified when new or updated season documents are released.

Where can I find senior fixtures, results and ladders?

Senior fixtures, results and ladders are available through the Fixtures and Results link on the BDCA website, which directs visitors to the current BDCA competition information in PlayHQ. Check PlayHQ for the latest fixture changes, match results and ladder positions.

What are the match formats, start times, overs and scheduled breaks for each senior grade?

Match formats, start times, innings lengths, overs and scheduled breaks vary by grade and competition. Refer to the relevant section of the current BDCA Playing Conditions and General Rules before each match. Clubs should also check PlayHQ for the scheduled fixture time and any approved changes.

How do player clearances, transfers, permits and dual registrations work?

Clearances, transfers, permits and dual registrations must be completed through the applicable PlayHQ process before the player participates. Players should contact their club registrar first. Clubs must confirm that the player’s registration or permit has been approved and that all BDCA eligibility requirements are satisfied before selecting them.

How old must a junior player be to play senior cricket?

A junior player must be at least 13 years old to participate in BDCA senior cricket. Clubs must also comply with all applicable junior-player eligibility, safety and bowling workload restrictions when selecting a junior in a senior match.
